Andy currently consults with England Football and has previously worked with the England Rugby Men's Senior team and prior to that was the Head of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation at the Leeds Rhinos. He has extensive experience consulting with elite sporting organisations and athletes, from World Championship boxers to extreme sport personnel, while also managing a successful sports injury physiotherapy clinic.
With a Master's degree in Biomechanics, he teaches a variety of courses to other therapists around the world.
What We Do
Steroid Injections
Steroids are a man-made version of hormones produced by the body. When injected into a joint, muscle, or in/around a tendon, steroid injections help to reduce inflammation and can provide relief from pain, swelling, and stiffness. These injections can be used in conjunction with other treatments, such as hyaluronic acid injections or Arthrosamid®, to enhance their effectiveness. Ostenil Plus (Hyaluronic Acid) Injections
Ostenil® Plus is a solution that contains hyaluronic acid, commonly used in hyaluronic acid injections. This injection works by restoring the normal balance between the breakdown and production of hyaluronic acid, the essential lubricant that allows joints to move freely and smoothly. The effects of an Ostenil® Plus injection are typically felt within 2-4 weeks and can last in excess of 6 months. Some conditions may benefit from both steroid injections and Ostenil® Plus injections, which can be administered at the same time.
